Change Healthcare identified an interruption to normal claim status report processing and delivery from the payer primarily related to claims processed at Change Healthcare from Oct. 19 - 27, 2023. This results in some delivery delays for the impacted reports and delayed claim status updates because the 999 reporting from the payer is not being received.

Change Healthcare has been notified that the payer continues efforts to resolve this issue, and updates concerning client impact will be provided as they become available.

Efforts to resolve this issue continue. It is currently open and in progress.
