Optum has been advised that due to a processing delay at the payer, Claim Status Reports are currently delayed for some claims submitted to Molina Healthcare of California (Payer ID 33373, 38333) starting on Jan. 1, 2024. The reports are expected to be received at the clearinghouse for processing by Jan. 22, 2024.

An updated notification will be sent as additional information becomes available.
